The Manchester Strategic Plan 2030

This is a 5 year plan for the restoration of Manchester. It has 5 major improvement areas with 47 specific tasks and initiative to accomplish in that time. This plan was developed and refined over the course of 1 year and was reviewed and edited by over 600 City Leaders and Citizens.
